William Bienes and William Scott, members of the chapter, are on the campus of Rutgers Newark promoting an awareness of aviation to include aviation maintenance to participants at the Workshops. James Brown, a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, is providing moral support to Bill and Scotty.
